The Pivo & Polka Band

The Pivo & Polka Band was formed in the Summer of 2019. We met for out first rehearsal with only a few original arrangements, along with a few borrowed arrangements. Since then, we’ve developed a solid repertoire of 80+ polkas, waltzes, and country tunes. All members of the band are professional musicians with over 100 years of combined musical experience. We’ve enjoyed performing throughout Central Texas at events and venues such as Church Services, Christmas Markets, County Fairs, Private Events, Corporate Events, Restaurants, Bars, Oktoberfest Celebrations, Farmers Markets, and Biergartens. We enjoy the Music and the Gemütlichkeit!

The Manccordionist

My name is Kelsey J. Lien, and I’m a polka enthusiast and life-long musician. In 2016 I bought my first accordion and officially launched my polka musician career. Shortly after that, I created The Manccordionist Facebook Page and YouTube Channel. I create and post videos of solo accordion, accordion and vocal, and full polka band arrangements, which are my one-man band videos!

Kelsey has been playing saxophone for almost 30 Years! He regularly performs throughout the San Antonio area. Some of the bands he’s played with include Das Ist Lustig, The Reed Meisters, The Lederhosen Junkies, and The Hot Peppers. In addition to polka music, Kelsey also performs classical, country, and jazz.
